Cake Me Away looks forward to being a welcoming and positive presence, both on Main Street and in the Gunnison Valley community. Our Customer Service Team Members are key to that part of our mission and an important part of helping welcome Gunni locals as well as out-of-town visitors.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
Responsibilities:
-
Assisting customers in finding that special pastry or dessert with an exuberant attitude (both in person & over the phone)

Making specialty coffees
-
Finishing pastries
-
Restocking
-
Washing dishes
-
Cleaning
Qualifications:
-
Friendly and outgoing
-
Enjoy working with the public - able to provide great customer service (some customer service experience is a plus)

Ability to recognize and proactively do what is needed to provide a comfortable, inviting environment for our customers

Able to coordinate and manage more than one task at a time
-
Good communication skills
-
Ability to handle money accurately
-
Must be able to lift upwards of 25 pounds
-
Must be able to stand for the length of shift

Must be at least 15 years old
