Our Steps & Booking Process
1. What are you looking for?
Clarify… Are you looking for one main cake, a dessert bar, or a combination? Are you interested in a fun groom’s cake as well? If you aren’t sure, no problem, let’s talk about it. If you’re interested, we can help you understand what is trending too!
2. How many guests?

3. Flavors, fillings & frostings?
What scrumptious combination are you interested in offering to your guests? Here are our couples’ favorite flavor combinations.
4. Choose the design.
When you envision your wedding celebration, what do you imagine your cake or wedding desserts looking like? (If you have pics of ideas, note that you can upload them when you submit your Wedding Inquiry Form).
5. Schedule a cake tasting?
We want you to love your selection! We have three in-person tasting dates—just check the box in the inquiry form if you’re interested. Other tastings may be scheduled based on availability, but note that we don’t offer tastings from June to October due to peak wedding season.
6. Reach out and let's connect.

7. We’ll be in touch.
Cake Me Away will contact you to answer your questions and discuss your vision as soon as possible – either by phone or email.
8. An initial quote.
Once you decide on your wedding cake /desserts, we’ll provide you with a rough estimate based on the information you provided. Please note that we have an order minimum of $500 prior to taxes and fees.
9. Make it official.
To hold your date, fill out Cake Me Away’s Wedding Event Contract and submit a (non-refundable) deposit of $250. We’ll email it to you once we’ve had a chance to talk through your order with you.
10. Lock it in.
Submit a signed “Final Dessert Details” sheet with your final headcount and design, three weeks prior to your wedding. A final price for your cake/wedding desserts is provided at that time. Full payment is due two weeks prior to your event.
11. Exhale and Enjoy!
You made it! Savor your wedding celebration and your unique and delicious wedding cake or other desserts by Cake Me Away!
